Job : - Job Description:



The Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant is responsible for providing in-depth technical expertise on the ServiceNow platform and for leading the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions to meet specific client needs. This role works closely with clients to understand their business requirements, propose innovative technical solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects. The Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant acts as a technical reference and team leader, providing mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members.
 

- Responsibilities:
 



  •  Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business and technical requirements, and propose suitable ServiceNow solutions.


  •  Design and develop custom solutions on the platform.


  •  Lead the technical implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring the quality, security, and performance of delivered solutions.


  •  Provide technical expertise on key ServiceNow platform features across multiple processes, primarily ITSM, HR, and CSM.


  •  Manage integrations with other systems and applications using technologies such as REST API, SOAP, and MID Server.


  •  Ensure appropriate documentation of technical solutions, architectures, and development processes.


  •  Provide mentorship and training to team members on ServiceNow development best practices and advanced techniques.


  •  Collaborate with testing teams to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards.


  •  Provide advanced technical support to clients to resolve complex issues and optimize the performance of ServiceNow solutions.




 



Required profile :


- Profile:








  •  Significant experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, with in-depth expertise on the ServiceNow platform and its features.


  •  Strong web development and programming skills, including JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, etc.


  •  Hands-on experience in designing and developing custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform.


  •  Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.


  •  Ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


  •  ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.


  •  ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in relevant areas (ITSM, HR, CSM, etc.).


  •  University degree BAC+4/5 (computer science, project management, etc.) with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
