Distribution Strategy & ManagementDefine and implement the distribution strategy for your regionBuild internal alignment around your commercial roadmapIdentify, onboard, and negotiate with distributorsTrain distributor sales teams and support them in closing dealsDrive visibility and revenue growth through active channel management????
