As a Sales Senior Engineer, you will be part of the Electrical Sales Team of Eaton Morocco dealing with C&I segment closely with electrical and general contractor.

The primary function of the Sales Senior Engineer is to sell assigned product lines to targeted customers in targeted market areas. This position will be responsible to achieve the assigned sales goal consistent with the expectations of a thoroughly seasoned professional sales engineer for the assigned product categories while under little supervision.

• Maintain distribution of products and/or services;
• Build strong relationships with Electrical Contractors and General Contractors involved in the C&I segment;
• Manage customer relationships;
• Develop the customer portfolio in the assigned area;
• Work closely with Consultants;
• Provide after‑sales support to customers;
• Provide technical sales support to Local Sales Teams;
• Prepare and organize technical meetings with customers (Contractors, General Contractors);
• Update project follow‑up using the CRM tool;
• Support the Marketing Plan and Strategy for the C&I market;
• Report market information from the assigned area to the sales management;
• Maintain brand awareness in the area;
• Understand products and their competitive position in the area, and communicate customer satisfaction and/or needs;
• Apply the sales policy and Eaton processes. 

• Degree in Electrical Engineering ;
• 5 years’ experience and more on a similar role;
• Electrical experience with LV assemblies, UPS system, Emergency Lighting and Fire detection.

• Experience in a similar position;
• Sales and/or marketing experience;
• Experience with Electrical Contractor in Morocco;
• Strong communicator with solid executive presentation skills;
• Ability to build and maintain high credibility with teams and strategic customers;
• Self-motivated, independent and proactive;
• Fluent in English;
• Self-motivated, independent and proactive;
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
