DHL Global Forwarding – Morocco has an opening for a IP Manager where you will provide input to and lead implementation of project management strategy to successfully manage and deliver projects while meeting the cost, timescale and quality parameters in line with overall business objectives and needs, Group guidelines and policies.

In this IP Manager position

• You will provide input for developing project management strategies for major projects and programs in alignment with overall business objectives, organizational needs, and group policies.
• You will develop project plans and prioritize, organize, and lead the delivery of large and complex projects, ensuring required quality standards, on‑time completion, and adherence to budget.
• You will prepare, manage, and control project budgets and oversee project expenditures to ensure they remain within approved financial constraints.
• You will direct pipeline prioritization, review project management activities, and continuously monitor project progress and status.
• You will lead the identification of project risks and ensure timely implementation of mitigation actions and resolutions.
• You will periodically re‑evaluate and adjust project goals, ensuring alignment with concurrent projects and supporting the successful implementation of project outcomes.
• You will undertake complex and structured analyses of customer requirements and propose solutions or projects that effectively meet customer needs.
• You will analyze multiple business processes, identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new or optimized approaches.
• You will provide expert advice on technical and business process topics to ensure clear understanding and enhance the effectiveness of critical activities.
• You will lead the implementation of transformational change projects, especially those focused on functional development and expansion of the service portfolio.
• You will establish and maintain an effective governance structure to support seamless project implementation.
• You will lead targeted training initiatives on relevant project management topics, methodologies, and tools.
