Treasury Manager
As part of strengthening our finance department, we are hiring an experienced and meticulous Treasury Manager.
Main tasks:
Ensure daily treasury management (monitoring of receipts and payments)
Establish short and medium-term cash flow forecasts
Optimize financial flows and financing needs
Manage relationships with banks and financial partners
Monitor credit lines and negotiate banking terms
Supervise supplier payments and customer receipts
Prepare regular financial reports for management
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory obligations
Profile sought:
Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management
Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role
Good command of financial management tools and Excel
Knowledge of banking operations and financing
Rigor, analytical skills, and anticipation skills
Good interpersonal skills and negotiation ability

Required profile :
A degree at Bac +3 level is required, with a specialization in Management, Accounting, or Finance. This educational background will provide you with the foundational knowledge necessary for the role.
A proven track record of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar treasury or finance role is essential. This experience will allow you to immediately contribute to the team and take ownership of key responsibilities.
- Solid understanding of financial markets and treasury instruments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in French and a good command of English are a plus.
