Job :

As a Commercial Communication Officer, you will be at the center of initiatives to strengthen our brand image and promote our offers to our clients. This opportunity places you at the heart of marketing and communication strategies, in a stimulating environment where your creativity and expertise will be valued. Your role will be crucial in translating our commercial ambitions into impactful and engaging messages.




Your main tasks will be:





  • To take charge of and coordinate the deployment of communication actions in collaboration with the markets,

  • To design and monitor the implementation of advertising campaigns, events, and other communication actions that meet market marketing objectives,

  • To conduct pre- and post-campaign communication tests,

  • To process sponsorship requests, monitor their implementation, and evaluate the impact of the actions taken,

  • To carry out competitive intelligence, benchmarking, and innovation watch,

  • To organize external events (Fairs, trade shows, and exhibitions...) and coordinate with various stakeholders for the success of events (logistics, service providers, budget...),

  • To take charge of producing print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, and all promotional material) and ensure quality control and compliance with the bank's graphic charter,

  • To think about and initiate SMS and mobile app push notification actions,

  • To ensure the monitoring and management of the department's overall budget and report to the finance department,

  • To prepare and organize the industrialization of mailing campaigns (calendar events, recurring actions, one-off actions, etc.)




Required profile :

To excel in this role, a degree level of Bac +5 or higher is required. We are looking for a solid higher education background, ideally focused on communication, advertising, or public relations, obtained from a business school, university, or specialized school. This academic foundation should have provided you with a thorough understanding of corporate communication principles and marketing strategies.




First professional experience, ranging from 1 to 3 years, is necessary to fully grasp the challenges of this position. This period should ideally have been dedicated to similar tasks within the banking or financial sector, or in agencies specializing in these areas. Experience demonstrating the ability to manage communication projects from start to finish will be particularly appreciated.




Beyond your education and experience, several skills are essential for success. Excellent command of written and oral communication techniques is paramount. You must possess strong marketing skills and a keen understanding of the challenges in the banking sector. Creativity, proactivity, a strong sense of organization, and great rigor are undeniable assets. The ability to work in a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines is also fundamental. Good knowledge of digital communication tools and marketing performance indicators will be a plus.
