Provide methods support in industrialization and production to meet the Quality, Cost, Deadline, and HSE objectives of the Assembly UAP (Unité Autonome de Production).

Produce:

Purpose: Provide methods support in industrialization and production to meet the Quality, Cost, Deadline, and HSE objectives of the Assembly UAP.

• Supports manufacturing units in meeting UAP objectives.


• Is the guardian of the manufacturing process and as such:


• Provides technical support to production.


• Keeps production documentation/tools up to date (FIT, instructions, machine programs).


• Drives continuous improvement on the unit's workstations, applying standard tools (LEAN-Sigma, Ergonomics, etc.).


• Works in 3 shifts (8-hour shifts).

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALITIES

• Good knowledge of industrial drawing.


• Good knowledge of mechanical basics.


• Reading plans and writing technical documentation.


• Software: Pack Office, CatiaV5, SAP.


• Have technical skills in the aeronautics field, and knowledge of composites.


• Analysis and synthesis.
