As part of the development of its retail network, we are recruiting a Technical & Maintenance Manager for one of our clients.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure the availability and safety of equipment and installations across all points of sale, the production laboratory, and future openings.
Manage the preventive and curative maintenance of professional equipment (ice machines, refrigerated display cases, cold rooms, coffee machines, kitchen and pastry equipment, small technical equipment) and infrastructures (electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation, commercial refrigeration, generator sets, technical networks).
Participate in projects and new openings by coordinating technical installations, approving equipment choices, and overseeing arrangements with architects and suppliers.
Manage and coordinate service providers, negotiate maintenance contracts, and monitor the quality of interventions.
Monitor technical performance indicators (failure rate, maintenance costs, equipment availability) and propose optimization actions.
Optimize maintenance costs and rationalize suppliers.
Required profile :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering, maintenance, refrigeration & air conditioning, electromechanics, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-site maintenance, ideally in retail, catering, or light industry, with technical and refrigeration equipment
Ability to manage technical projects and coordinate service providers
