Job :
- Define and implement the recruitment strategy.
- Supervise the entire process: sourcing, pre-selection, interviews, onboarding.
- Develop and manage partnerships with schools and partners.
- Monitor performance indicators and propose improvement actions.
- Manage a dedicated recruitment team and support its development.
Required profile :
You have a degree from a top business or engineering school, with 1 to 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a demanding environment.
Experience in Human Resources is a plus, but not essential: this position is open to candidates who wish to learn and grow in the field of recruitment.
