Join our dynamic team in the Other Services sector as a Senior Training Facilitator. This position, based in Casablanca, is a unique opportunity to actively contribute to skills development within our organization.

Your role will be essential in designing, delivering, and evaluating innovative training programs. The goal is to ensure our teams have the necessary skills to excel and to support the company's strategic growth.

On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and developing training modules adapted to the evolving needs of the organization.


• Leading interactive and engaging training sessions for diverse audiences.


• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and proposing continuous improvements.


• Collaborating closely with various stakeholders to identify training needs.


• Maintaining constant awareness of best practices in skills development.


• Managing the logistical aspects related to organizing training sessions.


• Contributing to the integration of AI into tools and materials.


• Representing the program at internal and external events.

A university degree level of Master's degree or higher is required, ideally in the fields of Project Management, Studies, R&D, or HR/Personnel/Training.

With significant experience of 10 years or more, you have already demonstrated your expertise in designing and leading complex training programs.
