The AI Program Management Intern Role
As a User Experience and User Interface Intern, you will contribute to improving Qlik's self-service platform by designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with the User Research Intern to analyze user feedback, conduct research, and create alternative design solutions to enhance usability and accessibility.
This position is ideal for students with a background in Computer Interaction Design, User Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
What makes this role interesting?
· Work with our team to gather and analyze user insights to identify pain points in the self-service experience.
· Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to propose design improvements.
· Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
· Optimize navigation and enhance overall user experience through site mapping.
· Implement UX/UI design best practices and accessibility standards.
· Present findings and design recommendations to stakeholders at the end of the internship.

· Collaboration with experienced UX/UI professionals and researchers.
· Valuable insights into the role of UX/UI design in enhancing self-service platforms.
We’re looking for a teammate with:
· Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Interaction Design, User Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
· Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
· Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
· Basic knowledge of Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
· Passion for improving user experience in self-service platforms

Salary and Benefits: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $24.00 USD MIN – $33.00 USA MAX per year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
