The Role of Night Front Desk Receptionist:



We currently have an opportunity for a Night Front Desk Receptionist to join our pre-opening Four Seasons HotelRabat,KasrAl Bahr team in Morocco!




The Main Responsabilities :




To provide the highest level of service to all guests and handle any requests for guest services and facilities by being fully 
conversant with all Front Office duties including reception, cashier, night audit, concierge and telephone tasks in 
accordance with hotel policies, procedures and standards




Our Ideal Night Front Desk Receptionist candidate will have:



Professional attitude and appearance.
• Reading, writing and oral fluency in Arabic, French and English.
• Ability to work under stress.
• Fast and eager learner.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and by telephone.
• Knowledge of Opera is preferred.
• Ability to learn multiple computer software and accurately input information into the systems.
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of your department.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up.
• Must be available to work weekends, days, evenings, and holidays




You will naturally also be a charismatic, nurturing, and inspiring leader with a strong passion forpeoplewelfare and development. You will be the Cultural Advocate of the GoldenRule;creating great workplaces for all great people to deliver great experiences.




Fluency in French, Arabic and English isa mustfor this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
