Role Summary

The North & West Africa Food & Beverage Sales Specialist will drive growth for Pall’s Food & Beverage business through a channel partner / distributor network, covering North & West Africa.


This position reports to the Middle East, Africa & Turkey Sales Manager and sits within Pall’s Food & Beverage Business Unit. The role can be based in Tunis, Casablanca, or Abidjan and is remote, with regional coverage responsibilities.


What You’ll Do
  • Support, coach, and develop distributors as the primary route-to-market across Africa, expanding and strengthening the channel partner ecosystem.


  • Build deep understanding of food processing customer operations (process steps, constraints, compliance expectations, and growth plans) to shape commercial strategy and solution positioning.


  • Own funnel discipline in Salesforce (SFDC): maintain an accurate pipeline with stakeholders, next steps, technical requirements, and commercial details—updated weekly in line with standard work.


  • Lead and present in funnel reviews, highlighting opportunity health, risks, forecast impact, and countermeasures to drive predictable closure.


  • Achieve annual order/revenue targets through both existing channel performance and new business development.


  • Drive progression from qualification to close through structured follow-up on quotations, proposals, and customer requests, aligned to standard work.


Essential Requirements
  • Engineering / Food Technology / Science-related degree.


  • Strong knowledge of the Food & Beverage market.


  • Fluent communication in French and English (written and spoken).


  • Hands-on experience in food processing environments (e.g., breweries, dairies, edible oils, sugar, bottled water, juice, wineries, starch/glucose, or similar)—able to discuss process flows, pain points, hygiene/CIP, and quality requirements confidently with customers and partners.


  • Experience in filtration and/or the food industry.


  • Proven sales track record; able to operate independently and collaboratively.
