Description du poste
- Defines and plans the improvement strategy plan (Hoshin Process)
- Plans with Production Management/Country /Plant organization how to deploy continuous improvement and lean tools and identifies potential improvements
- Monitors continuous improvement activities based on the deployment of lean principles, PDCA management and KPI tracking (OPEX dashboard, Value Plus)
- Plans the assessment of skill matrix with Country/Plant organization
- Ensures the Operational Excellence training and coaching of the Country/Plant organization
- Plans the deployment of CI workshops across the organization (e.g. Defines, plans and conducts Lean Manufacturing workshops in selected plants)
- Plans and conducts audits to assess the performance of the sites
Qualifications et Expérience
- Level of Education: Master’s degree (BAC +5).
- Branch Of Study: Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or equivalent
