The main goal of this position is to ensure the implementation and monitoring of Health and Safety at Work policies and procedures, guaranteeing a safe working environment that complies with current regulations. You will play a key role in risk prevention and the continuous improvement of HS performance.

Your main tasks will include:

• Supervising on-site activities to identify and assess potential risks.
• Participating in the development and updating of prevention plans and work permits.
• Training and raising awareness among staff on good Health and Safety at Work practices.
• Monitoring HS performance indicators and producing reports.
• Participating in incident investigations and identifying corrective and preventive actions.
• Auditing working conditions and verifying compliance with standards.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3 level) is required. Specialized training in Production, Quality, Safety, or Maintenance will be a considerable asset.

Professional experience of 2 to 3 years in a similar position, ideally in the automotive sector. This experience should have allowed you to develop a practical understanding of HSE challenges.
