Eastern Region Support Coordinator (M/F)
About the role
As part of its business development, Orange is recruiting a Regional Commercial Development Coordinator responsible for ensuring the coordination, management, and development of commercial activities in its region.
You will work in close collaboration with regional teams, distributors, service providers, and various internal entities to ensure the operational deployment of Orange's strategy in the B2C, B2B, fixed, and prepaid markets.
Your main mission will also be to monitor the performance of regional partners and customer satisfaction through rigorous monitoring of complaints and field operations.
Main missions
1. Coordination and support of regional teams
Ensure smooth communication between commercial animation teams, sector managers, distributors, and partners.
Support and manage distributors: team training, recruitment support, and network skill development.
Support the deployment of field commercial actions and ensure their proper execution.
2. Regional business development
Manage the development of revenue and volumes across all segments: top-ups, post-paid, pre-paid, fixed, and data.
Monitor the launch of new projects and ensure their operational implementation in the field.
Implement commercial and co-marketing actions adapted to different distributors.
Identify levers for improving customer experience in the distribution network (NPS, Mystery Shopping, etc.).
3. Collaboration with internal entities
Work in coordination with internal departments (commercial animation, logistics, finance, marketing, sales administration, LDP, etc.).
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes related to the sales channel.
4. Partner and customer relationship management
Ensure overall monitoring of distributor and service provider activities: order management, deliveries, contracts, reporting, and operational compliance.
Supervise the handling of customer and distributor complaints, ensuring responsiveness and quality of responses.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular visits in the region (franchised O.Shops, DTC, Retail, Souk, etc.) and lead monthly sales team meetings.

Required profile :
Profile sought
Education
Associate's degree / Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Management, or equivalent.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in telecommunications or distribution networks.
