Job :
As part of our growth, we are looking for an organized and rigorous Administrative Assistant to join our team and manage invoicing and collection operations.
Main tasks:
• Prepare and manage client invoices according to contracts
• Monitor payments and follow up with clients (phone/email)
• Update tracking sheets and reports
• Coordinate with the accounting department for unpaid accounts
• Manage and organize administrative documents (filing, archiving, correspondence)
• Participate in improving internal administrative procedures
Required profile :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Good command of office tools, especially Excel
- Sense of organization, attention to detail, and autonomy
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
