Job :

Join our dynamic team as a SALES MANAGER in Casablanca.




Your role will be central to steering and developing our commercial strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and strengthening our market position.




The main objective is to boost the company's commercial performance, by meeting and exceeding set sales targets. It will also involve developing new market opportunities and retaining our existing customer base, while managing a talented team towards excellence.




Your main responsibilities will include:





  • Developing and implementing the overall commercial strategy.

  • Identifying and prospecting new markets and potential clients.

  • Managing and developing an existing client portfolio.

  • Monitoring and analyzing commercial performance indicators.


  • Leading and motivating the sales team.

  • Participating in the definition of offers and their market launch.

  • Ensuring constant competitive and market watch.



Required profile :

A degree level of Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required, ideally in a specialization in Sales / Commercial / Export. Solid training in these areas is essential to understand the strategic challenges of the role.




Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in a similar commercial role is essential. This background must demonstrate a proven ability to achieve ambitious goals, manage teams, and develop effective commercial strategies.





  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.

  • Solid understanding of international markets and export strategies.

  • Ability to develop and manage commercial strategies.

  • Strong team management and leadership skills.

  • Mastery of prospecting and customer retention techniques.

  • Data analysis and relevant reporting.

  • Excellent communicator, with a strong ability to adapt and a results-oriented mindset.
