Job :
We are recruiting activity management officers for the establishment of our internal center in Morocco. You will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating customer files for technical installations.
As a key link between different departments, you will be in contact with field technicians, customers, and various services. You are the strategic link in the entire chain: production, monitoring, billing, customer satisfaction, and promotion of our brand image.
Under the responsibility of an operations manager, your tasks will include:
- Receiving phone calls or written requests from our partners and customers.
- Planning and transmitting work orders to field technicians.
- Processing intervention reports from technicians.
- Contacting customers, technicians, and suppliers to organize and coordinate interventions.
- Evaluating and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Required profile :
Required qualifications and skills:
• Bac +2 (Associate's degree or equivalent) minimum.
• Perfect command of the French language, both spoken and written.
• Initial experience in FTTH will be a plus.
• Strong sense of rigor and precision.
• Good analytical and synthesis skills.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, dynamic, and results-oriented.
• Good command of computer tools.
