As part of its growth dynamic and strategic development, AKDITAL is recruiting for its site based in Khouribga an experienced Admissions Manager.

Your main responsibilities:
- Lead, structure, and optimize the entire patient admission process, in strict compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
- Supervise, support, and develop the skills of the Admissions team to ensure performance, commitment, and quality of service.
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and caring welcome experience, contributing to the satisfaction of patients and their families.
- Ensure effective coordination with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to secure the patient's journey.
- Ensure the reliability of administrative data and the regulatory compliance of files.
- Actively participate in projects for optimization and continuous improvement of internal processes.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
• Associate's degree (Bac+2) minimum in management, administration, or equivalent;
• Proven experience in managing admissions, including necessarily team management experience, ideally gained in the healthcare sector.
• Strong skills in leadership, organization, and coordination, with a proven ability to unite and develop teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong sense of service and patient satisfaction.
• Proficiency in computer tools and hospital management software.
• Rigor, responsiveness, and ability to manage priorities in a demanding environment.
• Resident of Khouribga or willing to relocate.
