Your role will be crucial in the constant improvement of our employees' performance standards. You will lead the development and implementation of innovative training programs and ensure continuous monitoring of quality standards, thereby directly contributing to our reputation for excellence in the market.
- Design, deploy, and supervise training programs adapted to the security and cleaning professions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training provided and propose areas for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain a robust quality management system for all operations.
- Conduct regular on-site quality audits and propose corrective action plans.
- Ensure regulatory and standards compliance for practices.
- Be the guardian of the quality and safety culture within the operational teams.
- Lead training and awareness sessions for staff.
Required profile :
Your academic background includes a degree of Master's level (Bac +4), ideally in the fields of Production, Quality, Security, or Maintenance.
A strong experience of 10 to 20 years is required, during which you have developed recognized expertise in training and quality management, particularly in the security and/or cleaning sectors.
- Excellent skills in designing and delivering training.
- Mastery of quality frameworks and standards applicable to the relevant sectors.
- Proven ability to conduct audits and implement improvement plans.
- Strong interpersonal and teaching skills to unite and motivate teams.
- Rigor, organization, and initiative.
- Very good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in IT tools related to training and quality management.
