Scope
The Officer will be responsible for actively contributing to the development of business partnerships and the promotion of Rabat Business School's continuing education programs.
To this end, they will be required to:
- Develop and maintain the current network of companies.
- Prospect for new national and international partners and ensure the signing of collaboration and partnership agreements.
- Organize and coordinate business events: Job Days, company visits, conferences, and corporate events.
- Contribute to the organization of the school's strategic business committees.
- Participate in international accreditation processes, in connection with the school's business network.
- Promote continuing education programs to partner companies.
- Manage the admission process for candidates to continuing education programs.
- Ensure the administrative and commercial follow-up of admission files.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospects and candidates.
- Monitor payments and participate in recovery actions.
- Represent the school at trade shows, forums, and events dedicated to continuing education.
- Produce regular reporting on corporate, commercial, and development activities.
Required profile :

- Excellent ability to develop and maintain relationships with companies
- Very good telephone skills and sales follow-up ability
- Organized, rigorous, and results-oriented
Operational Skills
- Good command of office tools; knowledge of a CRM is a plus.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's degree (Bac+5) minimum in commerce, management, or equivalent field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Desired experience in B2B and/or B2C business development, ideally in the training or higher education sector
