Job :

Reporting to the Construction Director and working closely with the site, equipment, and logistics teams, the Stock Management Manager is responsible for ensuring optimal management of materials and equipment flows for McDonald’s restaurant construction projects.



They guarantee the availability, traceability, and proper organization of stocks, while ensuring compliance with internal procedures, HSE standards, and logistics performance objectives.



Acting as a key link between different departments, they plan shipments, supervise deliveries, and implement the necessary tools to ensure reliable inventory counts and smooth construction site supply.



In addition to respecting and enforcing McDonald’s procedures, the main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



-Supervising the entry and exit of materials and equipment (construction, IT, furniture...);



-Ensuring optimal warehouse organization and reliable inventory;



-Planning deliveries and shipments in coordination with site teams, suppliers, and logistics providers;



-Monitoring material needs, in conjunction with the Equipment Manager, and managing the resale of reusable or downgraded material;



-Implementing and improving stock tracking tools (dashboards, indicators, rotation reports...);



-Ensuring regular reporting on stock levels, movements, anomalies, and discrepancies;



-Contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics practices and the performance of construction projects.





Required profile :

Education and Certification:



Bachelor's degree to Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.



Experience:




Proven experience in stock and warehouse management, ideally in a technical or construction environment;



Good command of logistics planning and multi-product inventory management.



Essential Technical Skills:




Proficiency in Excel and stock management tools (ERP, WMS...);



Knowledge of reception, storage, shipping, and stock rotation methods;



Knowledge of HSE standards and construction site logistics practices;



Ability to produce reliable and relevant tracking indicators.



Behavioral Skills:




Sense of organization and rigor.



Responsiveness, anticipation, and priority management.



Team spirit and good interpersonal skills with diverse contacts.



Analytical thinking, solution-oriented, and sense of responsibility.



Languages:




Excellent command of French; English is an asset.
