Within the Transport / PMO team, you will be involved in critical anchor migration operations. These operations consist of transferring radio traffic from one site to another via FH or FTTA links, in order to improve the network's capacity, performance, and architecture.

You will play a central role in steering, coordinating, and monitoring production.

Your main missions

Production Steering

• Steer and monitor FH / FTTA migration activities


• Ensure objectives are met in terms of deadlines, quality, and volume


• Prioritize actions and anticipate risks

Coordination and Operational Support

• Coordinate internal teams and field technicians


• Manage incidents, blockages, and escalations


• Propose and monitor corrective action plans


• Provide operational support in critical situations

Monitoring and Reporting

• Produce and analyze production KPIs


• Provide regular reporting to the client and management


• Process and analyze data using Excel (tracking tables, analyses, summaries)

Communication and Governance

• Participate in and lead progress meetings


• Act as the interface between different technical and project entities

Education

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Telecommunications, Networks, or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a telecom environment

Experience in:

FH Transmission
FTTA / Mobile Transport
Production Support or Steering
Technical Coordination

Experience in an operator environment is highly appreciated.

Technical Skills

• Good command of mobile transport architectures


• Knowledge of 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G networks


• Good command of Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)


• Experience in production and KPI monitoring
