This opportunity will allow you to play a key role in optimizing our supply chain by actively participating in the management of raw materials and product flows essential to our business.
The main goal of this position is to ensure the smooth and efficient supply of goods and services necessary for the proper functioning of the company. It involves constantly optimizing stock levels while controlling costs and ensuring impeccable quality of supplies. This role aims to anticipate needs, identify and manage potential risks related to the supply chain, and build strong, lasting relationships with our supplier partners. The ambition is to actively contribute to the company's competitiveness through rigorous and strategic management of purchases and logistics flows, thus ensuring the continuity of operations and the satisfaction of our commitments to our customers.
Your main tasks will include the operational management of purchase orders, from their issuance to their reception, including rigorous tracking of delivery times. You will be required to constantly monitor the market to identify new opportunities and optimize purchasing conditions. Negotiating prices and terms with suppliers will be an integral part of your daily work, with the aim of obtaining the best value for money. You will participate in analyzing the company's needs in collaboration with various departments, in order to establish consistent and responsive supply plans.

- Manage relationships with suppliers, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
- Place and track purchase orders, ensuring compliance with deadlines and specifications.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of supply processes and cost reduction.
- Manage potential disputes with suppliers and propose solutions.
Required profile :
To excel in this role, a solid educational background is essential. We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3 level). This initial training, ideally focused on Purchasing, will have provided you with the theoretical knowledge and fundamental skills needed to understand the challenges of flow and supply management.
Whether you obtained this degree from a business school, a university, or a specialized institute, the important thing is that your studies have prepared you for the specifics of the Purchasing Officer role, by imparting the fundamentals of purchasing management, logistics, and commercial relations.
Experience is a valuable asset for this position. We wish to welcome a professional who has already worked in the field of supply or purchasing, with 1 to 3 years of experience. During this period, you have developed a practical understanding of purchasing cycles, supplier management, and the operational constraints related to the supply chain. Whether this experience was gained in an industrial, commercial, or logistics environment, it has allowed you to apply your knowledge and develop initial autonomy in managing your responsibilities.
Beyond your education and experience, several key skills will enable you to succeed and thrive in this Purchasing Officer role. Excellent organizational skills and a keen sense of priorities will be essential to effectively manage a portfolio of orders and suppliers.
