Job :
- Ensure administrative follow-up of missions and the creation of sales contracts on the SAP ERP.
- Verify the conformity of consultant activity reports and correct anomalies that block invoicing.
- Establish and monitor the invoicing of services.
- Control the correct application of current invoicing procedures.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Financial Management and Accounting / Audit & Management Control.
- Good command of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...).
- Very good level in French and English.
- Ability to design and apply procedures and work methods.
- Rigor, organization, and excellent interpersonal skills.
