Reporting to the Management Unit Manager, your main tasks will be as follows:

• Provide an appropriate response to the client;


• Manage subscriptions (validation of new business) and the life of the contract


• Inform and advise the client on the product concerned by the request;


• Respond to client requests/complaints appropriately while ensuring reasonable deadlines and quality of response.

You are recognized for the following qualities/skills:

• Ability to anticipate deadlines, respect deadlines, and manage priorities;


• Team spirit;


• Good interpersonal skills;


• Good written and oral communication skills;


• Proficiency in office software;


• Respect for the confidentiality of information.
