Join our dynamic team in the heart of Rabat in the growing field of call centers! We are actively looking for a French-Speaking Customer Relations Officer to contribute to our success and provide an exceptional customer experience. The main goal of this position is to ensure customer satisfaction through smooth and professional communication, while effectively managing requests and interactions. It involves becoming a preferred point of contact and strengthening customer loyalty through active listening and tailored solutions.





  • Welcome, advise, and support French-speaking customers in their processes.

  • Handle customer requests, complaints, and specific needs with professionalism and empathy.

  • Provide accurate and complete information about our products and services.

  • Ensure follow-up on customer files and update information in our system.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality by relaying customer feedback.


Your role will be central in maintaining a lasting relationship of trust with our customers.






Required profile :

For this position, an education level equivalent to a high school diploma (Bac) is required. Obtaining this certification represents the foundation of your academic background.




Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role, ideally in call centers or customer service, is highly appreciated. This background will allow you to approach the job's challenges with confidence and expertise.





  • Excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written.

  • Strong sense of listening and empathy.

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build quality relationships.


  • Responsiveness and ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in basic computer tools and CRM software.
