Job :
Reporting to the IT Manager and as an IT Business Partner, you will be the main IT contact for a business department and responsible for the proper functioning of their IT systems.
Missions:
- Supervises the IT operational maintenance (MCO) of its perimeter (workstation, meeting rooms...) and initiates necessary actions as needed;
- Defines the IT operating budget for its perimeter based on forecasts (hardware orders, licenses, onboarding equipment...);
- Identifies the IT needs of its perimeter to digitize / optimize business processes;
- Monitors and measures the effectiveness of local project implementation within its perimeter;
- Coordinates with French IT departments for the deployment of projects with technical and/or infrastructure impact on ASM;
- Manages escalations for incident resolution, and monitors major incidents;
- Collects and analyzes the business needs of your perimeter and initiates them with the IT department and AXA Group Ops, and ensures their proper progress;
- Identifies and addresses "irritant" issues concerning your perimeter;
- Organizes and manages the animation of exceptional measures (taskforce, OpenLAB) for its perimeter in case of major incident, crisis, or problem;
- Leads governance committees with the operational directors of the businesses within its perimeter (support preparation, minutes...);
- Ensures the satisfaction of business users within its perimeter.
Required profile :
With a higher education degree (Bac + 5) from an engineering school, you have 5 years of experience in a similar role (ITBP) and possess:
- Solid project management skills;
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies (LAN, WAN, WLAN, NAS, ESX, Digital workplace, Cloud...);
- Knowledge of tools such as Salesforce, Service Now, Power BI, Office Suite;
- Mastery of the ITIL method.
