Job :
As an Installation Business Manager, your mission is to ensure the factory team has all the necessary resources to guarantee the smooth running of production (Machining/assembly), and to support project teams.
Mission Objectives
- Ensure follow-up of design and industrialization projects
- Write project follow-up reports
- Ensure operational interface with clients and suppliers (Project Review, weekly progress meetings...)
- Manage updates of cutting tool project files
- Archive and capitalize on lessons learned from projects
- Create schedules for workload processing based on project costing
- Perform digital modeling and reassembly of equipment and tooling (3D & 2D) and analyze assembly feasibility,
- Update installation plans and monitor unloading and setup of equipment, as well as activities related to safety and energy needs studies.
- Participate in the study of the installation of machining and assembly production lines
Required profile :
With a degree in Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, you have initial experience in the automotive sector in methods and/or process activities,
Required Skills
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software (AUTOCAD),
- Proficiency in quality tools and continuous improvement tools,
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (Machining and assembly) is essential,
- Proficiency in Excel and standard functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), VBA is a plus,
- Basic knowledge of project management,
- Very good level of French and English (basic knowledge of Italian is a plus)
