Job :
As part of the development of our various activities, we are recruiting an Intern for the position of Sourcing & Recruitment Officer at our Fez site.
Missions:
- Analysis of internal client needs
- Writing job descriptions
- Posting job ads to recruit candidates based on client requests
- Searching for candidates (CVs) via job boards, recruitment sites, and social networks, etc.
- CV screening
- Conducting pre-qualification interviews by phone and highlighting skills according to needs
- Writing interview summaries
- Tracking and managing KPIs
Required profile :
Higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources or Management, with a first internship experience in recruitment.
Technical / Functional Skills:
- You have perfect command of IT tools: Pack Office, etc...
- You have very good written and spoken French skills; English is a plus.
