Job :
Define and implement the compensation policy by setting salary budgets, fixed and variable structures, as well as social and in-kind benefits;
Lead the overall payroll and compensation strategy by ensuring the reliability of payroll processes and the alignment of compensation policies with the HR strategy and company objectives;
Oversee the preparation and issuance of payroll, ensuring the compliance of transfers and payslips;
Ensure compliance with social and tax obligations by handling legal declarations and settling payments to organizations such as CNSS, CIMR, and IR;
Monitor payroll costs and ensure the reliability of HR data;
Strengthen relationships with social organizations such as CNSS, CIMR, ...;
Update and optimize salary scales and compensation packages based on benchmarks and market trends, in line with the HR strategy;
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding labor law and internal regulations;
Manage and support teams by setting objectives, providing advice and support.
Required profile :
Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Finance, Management, Social Law, or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in payroll, compensation, or C&B.
Required Skills:
Strong command of labor law, audit, and compliance processes.
Rigor, ethics, analytical skills, and confidentiality.
