We are looking for a German & English Customer Care Representative passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. In this role, you will support customers across multiple communication channels while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely responses via email, live chat, and voice support
- Resolve customer issues with efficiency, empathy, and professionalism
- Demonstrate strong customer focus and commitment to issue resolution
- Proactively contribute ideas to improve customer experience and service quality
- Maintain accurate and updated client case records
- Ensure strict confidentiality in all customer interactions
- Attend and successfully complete required training sessions and activities
Required profile :
Profile Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
- Experience with call center telephony systems and technology
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Data entry skills (minimum 40 WPM)
- Experience supporting customers via voice, email, social media, or chat
- Proficiency with computer applications (email, internet navigation)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
