Job :

Join our dynamic team in the Other Services sector in Casablanca as an HR Intern. A unique opportunity to develop your skills and actively contribute to talent management within a forward-thinking company.




Your main mission will be to provide valuable support to the Human Resources department in its various tasks. You will participate in key projects and develop a deep understanding of HR challenges in a stimulating professional environment.




Your daily tasks will include:





  • Assisting with recruitment processes: sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling.

  • Contributing to administrative personnel management: file tracking, document preparation.

  • Participating in training organization and development plan monitoring.

  • Supporting the implementation of HR policies and cross-functional projects.

  • Participating in internal communication and company life activities.


This is a great chance to apply your theoretical knowledge in concrete and varied situations.






Required profile :

For this internship, a Bachelor's degree +4 (Bac +4) level of study is required, ideally in the field of Human Resources, Personnel management, or Training.




A first experience, even a short one (1 to 1 year), in an HR or similar environment, is a significant asset that will allow you to quickly gain skills.




We are looking for someone who:





  • Has excellent interpersonal skills and great listening ability.

  • Is organized, rigorous, and discreet.

  • Is proactive, curious, and eager to learn.

  • Is comfortable with computer tools, especially the Office Suite.
