• Receive, analyze, and evaluate claims within the framework of insurance contracts and reinsurance slips;


• Process files (expert reports, investigations, contractual documents...);


• Analyze the causes of claims and determine responsibility and the extent of coverage and manage subrogation;


• Monitor the progress of claims in collaboration with brokers, ceding insurers, and experts;


• Coordinate with ceding insurers, marine experts, lawyers, and reinsurers for the management of claims files.


• Calculate necessary provisions based on the evolution of claims and the coverage provided by reinsurance contracts;


• Prepare regular reports and reporting on the status of claims and their financial impact for the claims committee.
   

• Master's degree (Bac+5) or higher in Transport & Logistics, International Trade, or equivalent.


• Proven experience of at least 5 to 8 years in claims management within an insurance company or a managing broker in the Moroccan Market.


• Ability to identify, gather, and organize data for analysis and decision-making.


• Proficiency in national and international conventions and legislation.


• Proficiency in French and English.
