Job :

As an HR Manager, your main mission will be to lead the site's human resources strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. You will be responsible for a fulfilling and high-performing work environment, promoting the engagement and development of each employee.




Your responsibilities will include overseeing all HR activities:






  • Management of personnel administration and payroll: supervision of employment contracts, management of absences, monitoring of social obligations, payroll control and validation.


  • Management of social relations: management of relations with social partners, monitoring and application of legal and conventional provisions, ensuring HR practices are secure.


  • Collaboration in recruitment and skills development: supporting operational teams in identifying needs, participating in recruitment processes and training plans.


  • Contribution to the continuous improvement of HR processes: optimization of internal practices, participation in digitalization projects and deployment of HR tools.


  • Change management and support for managers: advice and support in organizational changes, development of managerial practices and team support.




Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required, ideally in Human Resources or related fields.




Solid professional experience in generalist HR roles is essential.
