Job :
Main missions:
Design and preparation of projects:
- Development of technical plans and diagrams using software (CAD, e.g., AutoCAD).
- Analysis of project specifications and constraints.
- Participation in writing the specifications with engineers.
Diagnosis and technical studies:
- Carrying out tests on materials such as concrete, steel, or soils to guarantee their quality.
- Geotechnical studies to test soil stability.
- Inspection and evaluation of existing infrastructure for potential maintenance work.
Supervision of works:
- Planning and monitoring of construction sites to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Coordination with on-site teams: workers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Writing reports on the progress of work and resolving technical problems.
Cost and deadline management:
- Estimation of project costs and suggestions for budget optimization.
- Rigorous monitoring of the schedule to ensure deadlines are met.
Maintenance and quality control:
- Checking the compliance of structures with regulations and technical standards.
- Implementation of preventive or corrective maintenance plans.
- Participation in the management of risks related to infrastructure.
Required profile :
Graduated from ISTA or a Technical Baccalaureate +2 with a specialization in civil engineering or a related discipline, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in maintenance or infrastructure construction. You are proficient in reading and interpreting complex plans and diagrams, as well as safety standards applicable to building and public works. Comfortable with digital tools, you have expertise in design software such as AutoCAD or Revit, as well as office tools and modeling and simulation software. Reactive and a good team player, you know how to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders. You communicate fluently in French and have an intermediate level in English.
