As part of its development, the ARRAWAJ Foundation is recruiting VSE Portfolio Managers (M/F) at our Rabat branches.

As a "VSE Portfolio Manager", your main missions will be:

To ensure the development, management, and security of a portfolio of VSE clients, while contributing to commercial performance and risk control.

• Commercial Development:

-Prospect for new VSE clients in the field
-Identify financing needs
-Develop and retain the client portfolio
-Achieve set production goals

• Analysis and File Preparation:

-Collect necessary information
-Evaluate repayment capacity
-Analyze client risk
-Prepare and present credit files

• Monitoring and Support:

-Ensure regular monitoring of financed clients
-Maintain close relationships
-Advise and guide clients in managing their business

• Risk Management and Recovery:

-Monitor repayment deadlines
-Identify warning signs
-Implement recovery actions
-Contribute to controlling the rate of non-performing loans
 

• Holder of a Bac+3 (Bachelor's degree) or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Management


• Recent graduate or with a first successful experience as a salesperson


• Dynamic, with good interpersonal skills and a strong taste for challenges


• Good resistance to pressure and stress


• Have initiative


• Good adaptability


• Ability to build relationships with clients
