Join a dynamic company in the metallurgy and steel industry as a Logistics and Distribution Manager.
Based in Meknes, you will be responsible for managing all logistics and distribution flows. As a key player in operational performance, you will actively contribute to cost optimization, continuous process improvement, and adherence to delivery deadlines.
In this role, you will manage a dedicated team and ensure the smooth running of operations, in line with production requirements and customer expectations.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage physical and information flows related to Renault and Dacia sales operations
- Ensure the availability and dispatch of new vehicles (VN)
- Oversee the production launches of new vehicles
- Ensure deadlines for delivery are met
- Optimize logistics costs
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Manage inventory and stock quality at dealerships
Required profile :
To excel in this role, a 4-year degree (Bac +4) is required.
Experience of 3 to 10 years in similar roles is requested, ideally gained in an industrial environment.
The ideal candidate will have a specialization in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transport, or an equivalent.
Expected skills include:
Management of logistics flows (inbound, outbound, inter-dealership)
Proficiency in tools: Excel (advanced), ERP, DMS
Inventory management, procurement, and physical inventory counts
Optimization of logistics costs (transport, storage)
Data analysis and KPI monitoring (turnover, stockouts, coverage)
Rigor and synthetic thinking skills
Proven experience in logistics management and team leadership
