Job :
The Real Estate Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing the construction of ASM's capacity plan and monitoring its execution in conjunction with the Site Operations department,
- Coordinating and leading steering committees for real estate projects, and projects related to the Quality of Life at Work (workplace layout, major maintenance monitoring, etc.)
- Preparing and monitoring the schedules for real estate and Quality of Life at Work projects to ensure delivery in line with what has been defined,
- Coordinating and leading site meetings with various service providers during the renovation phases,
- Participating in the implementation and monitoring of change management for teams (operations, support, etc.)
- Monitoring lease agreements in collaboration with the legal department,
- On the environmental front, coordinating and monitoring the reporting of environmental indicators for audits and CSRD for the entire FM pole, as well as updating procedures related to the ISO 14001 standard with the various service managers of the FM pole and with the CSR pole.
Required profile :
Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) or higher with 5 to 10 years of experience in Project Management, particularly in real estate (development or construction)
Technical skills:
- Possesses very good command of complex project management,
- Knowledge of service provider management,
- Proficiency in GIRA software,
- Good command of office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint,
- Possesses a very good ability to summarize information.
Behavioral skills:
- Has good interpersonal skills to interact with very diverse audiences,
