GENERAL ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:



  •  Management of local suppliers and service providers
  •  Build a database of reliable suppliers
  •  Receive, analyze, and validate internal needs requests
  •  Establish purchase orders/contracts with suppliers
  •  Ensure the reception of purchased products/services
  • Establish payment schedules for local suppliers
  •  Manage relationships with external contractual service providers for general services: insurance, vehicle fleet, IT equipment, building maintenance, etc.

Required profile :

Desired Candidate Profile:



  • Bachelor's degree (3 years) in Management and Administration
  • +2 years of experience in SMEs
  • Management of purchases and supplier follow-up
  • Negotiation and cost optimization
  • Management of general services and budget monitoring
  • Perfect command of office tools
  • Fluent French,
  • Organized, rigorous, and autonomous
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
