GENERAL ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
- Management of local suppliers and service providers
- Build a database of reliable suppliers
- Receive, analyze, and validate internal needs requests
- Establish purchase orders/contracts with suppliers
- Ensure the reception of purchased products/services
- Establish payment schedules for local suppliers
- Manage relationships with external contractual service providers for general services: insurance, vehicle fleet, IT equipment, building maintenance, etc.
Required profile :

- Bachelor's degree (3 years) in Management and Administration
- +2 years of experience in SMEs
- Management of purchases and supplier follow-up
- Negotiation and cost optimization
- Management of general services and budget monitoring
- Perfect command of office tools
- Fluent French,
- Organized, rigorous, and autonomous
- Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
