As a Group Accountant (M/F), you will be a key player in our success, contributing directly to the company's financial performance. The main objective of this position is to ensure accounting management in a rigorous and efficient manner. This involves guaranteeing the reliability of financial data, complying with accounting and tax standards, and providing relevant financial information for decision-making. You will also be involved in the continuous improvement of accounting processes and the development of our financial management tools, thereby contributing to the company's performance.
Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of accounting tasks, including:
Maintaining general accounting records: recording accounting operations, bank reconciliations, account reconciliation.
Managing tax declarations: VAT, corporate tax, other taxes.
Preparing balance sheets and income statements: analyzing financial data, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
Management control: budget monitoring, variance analysis, proposing corrective measures.
Managing relations with external auditors: collaborating with auditors during annual audits.
Participating in the improvement of accounting processes: identifying areas for improvement, proposing innovative solutions.
You will work closely with the management team and interact with various departments of the company.
Required profile :
A minimum of Bac +4 (4 years of higher education) is required for this position. A specialization in Accounting and/or Finance would be a significant asset, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the financial aspects related to international transactions. Additional training in accounting would be a significant plus.
We are looking for someone with professional experience of 10 to 20 years in a similar role. Significant experience in accounting within a company in the Real Estate sector would be highly appreciated. Experience in team management would be a plus if you are aiming for a management position.

Mastery of accounting principles and Moroccan accounting standards.
Expertise in accounting management software.
Financial analysis and reporting skills.
Rigor, organization, and attention to detail to ensure data reliability.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential.
