Job :

Assigned to the store's Management, your role is to ensure the implementation of the HR strategy.




To do this, your areas of responsibility are:





  • Administration & Social Affairs

  • Training

  • Recruitment

  • Reporting and activity KPIs
     



Required profile :

With a Bac+4/5 degree in HR, you have proven experience of over 2 years in which you have developed the following skills:





  • Ability to monitor legal developments concerning the labor code related to social affairs

  • Ability to manage social relations

  • Ability to write professional documents

  • Ability to facilitate the expression of needs related to training and/or recruitment (plan, description, announcements) and to analyze needs (training actions, required profiles)

  • Ability to drive performance (reporting) of the activity within its scope and monitor indicators


Customer service orientation, Self-control/Stress and conflict management, Analytical & synthesis skills, Initiative & Reactivity, and Developing others/Team management are the strengths and key success factors for this position.
