تفاصيل الوظيفة

Job :

  • Supervise, motivate, and support the sales team

  • Define and implement the sales strategy in agreement with Management

  • Set individual and collective goals and monitor their achievement

  • Analyze sales performance and implement corrective actions

  • Ensure sales and profit margin targets are met

  • Monitor key performance indicators (sales, conversion, stock, customer satisfaction)

  • Participate in strategic negotiations and complex sales

  • Ensure the quality of the customer experience in the showroom



Required profile :

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) / Master's degree (Bac+5) in Commerce, Management, or equivalent

  • Proven experience in sales management (ideally in the automotive sector)

  • Natural leadership and ability to unite a team

  • Strong results orientation and performance culture

  • Excellent negotiation and activity management skills

  • Good command of reporting and CRM tools
