Main missions:
Network development:
- Participate in the implementation of the BU development plan
- Carry out competitive and market monitoring on proximity and franchise concepts
Prospection and selection of investors / franchisees:
- Identify, prospect, and qualify investors and project leaders
- Feed and manage an investor pipeline
- Ensure follow-up of prospects until project signature
- Participate in representing the brand at events, forums, and investor meetings
Structuring and monitoring opening projects:
- Contribute to the structuring of development files (business plan, studies, internal documents)
- Coordinate exchanges with internal teams (real estate, finance, legal, operations)
- Prepare files for validation committees
Monitoring openings and deployment:
- Ensure monitoring of projects until store openings
- Ensure compliance with the concept, brand standards, and economic model
Reporting and monitoring:
- Update network development monitoring and reporting tools
- Monitor key indicators: signed projects, conversion rates, opening times
- Report alerts and propose corrective actions
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Higher education (Business school, management, real estate, finance, or equivalent)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in network development, expansion, franchising, or commercial real estate
- Good understanding of development models (franchise, operating lease, direct investment)
- Ability to analyze projects and contribute to business plans
- Good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and a hands-on approach
- Organization, rigor, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Results-oriented and strong business sense
