As part of strengthening our organization, we are recruiting an Operational Logistics Manager responsible for managing and optimizing daily logistics activities.
We are looking for a profile capable of ensuring the smooth flow of goods, coordinating field teams, and the reliability of logistics operations.
Main missions
- Supervise daily logistics operations: receiving, storing, preparing, and shipping orders.
- Organize and coordinate the work of logistics teams.
- Ensure good stock management and the reliability of physical and IT movements.
- Optimize warehouse organization and logistics flows to improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, deadlines, and safety rules.
- Monitor logistics performance indicators and propose improvement actions.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in logistics or supply chain.
- Significant experience in managing logistics operations or warehouse operations.
- Strong skills in organization, coordination, and field team management.
- Analytical mindset, rigor, and results-oriented.
- Good command of stock management tools.
