Main Missions

• Depot Operations Management:

Supervise all depot activities (reception, storage, preparation, and shipping of goods) to ensure a smooth and efficient logistics flow.

• Storage Organization and Optimization:

Implement optimal organization of storage space to ensure good product rotation, facilitate access to goods, and reduce preparation times.

• Stock Management and Monitoring:

Ensure control of goods entering and leaving, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure the proper maintenance of the stock management system.

• Inventory Management:

Plan and supervise periodic inventories, analyze discrepancies, and implement necessary corrective actions.

• Depot Team Management:

Organize the team's work, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with procedures and deadlines.

• Compliance with Safety Standards and Procedures:

Ensure strict application of safety, hygiene, and handling rules to guarantee a safe working environment.

• Coordination with Other Departments:

Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, transport, and sales departments to ensure good planning of deliveries and supplies.

• Continuous Improvement:

Propose and implement actions to improve depot organization, productivity, and the quality of logistics services.

Skills and Qualities Expected

• Education: Associate's degree to Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 to Bac+3) in logistics, stock management, transport, or equivalent field.


• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a depot, warehouse, or in logistics.

Technical Skills:

• Good command of stock and inventory management techniques.


• Knowledge of procedures for receiving, storing, and shipping goods.


• Proficiency in computer tools and stock management software.
