Job :
As a lawyer, you will be responsible for the following main tasks:
• Analyzing contractual documents and related risks;
• Drafting legal opinions and advice;
• Assisting in the negotiation of markets and contracts of all kinds;
• Participating in the implementation of insurance policies and claims monitoring;
• Managing and monitoring all documentation related to corporate law and its application within the company (drafting articles of association, minutes of meetings, etc.)
• Managing pre-litigation and litigation cases (social and commercial) in relation to lawyers and operational departments;
• Drafting legal documents and notes;
• Carrying out legal advice and audit missions;
• Handling all other legal issues related to the company's activity.
Required profile :
With a Bachelor's degree or higher in business law, you have at least 3 years of experience as a lawyer.
You have mastered office tools.
