As part of strengthening our Project Management Office (PMO) team, we are looking for a motivated PFE intern to support the steering and monitoring of IT/Business projects.
Supervised by a PMO or a Project Manager, you will actively participate in the structuring, coordination, and operational monitoring of projects, while contributing to the improvement of project management tools and processes.
This internship is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in project management, organization, and governance in a dynamic professional environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring project progress (schedule, milestones, deliverables)
- Participate in preparing steering committees and project meetings
- Update dashboards and reports (KPIs, performance indicators)
- Contribute to risk management and action plans
- Help coordinate between different stakeholders (technical teams, business departments, managers)
- Participate in documenting PMO processes and best practices
- Ensure administrative and organizational follow-up of projects
Required profile :
Responsibilities:
- Student in the final year (Master's degree level) in project management, engineering, IT, or equivalent
- Strong interest in project management and activity steering
- Good command of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, ideally MS Project, Jira, or equivalent)
- Good level of French and English (desired)
- Rigor, organization, and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Analytical and synthesis skills
Assets (a plus):
- First experience (internship/academic project) in project management or PMO
- Knowledge of Agile or V-Cycle methodologies
- Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.)
