GENERAL MISSION
Reporting to the virtual branch and the Growth Directorate in the Business Pole, you will work in close collaboration with the different entities of the Growth Directorate, commercial animation, and the Network, to ensure a better quality of service for the virtual branch by processing credit requests from various prospecting channels and achieving the highest possible conversion rate of prospects into clients.
Main Missions
1. Making outbound calls
- Contact identified prospects to initiate the business relationship.
- Present the appropriate offer and identify the product that meets the client's needs.
- Communicate the list of documents and guarantees required to complete the application.
2. Converting Prospects
- Initiate the creation of prospects and record credit applications in the system.
- Qualify and verify documents related to credit applications.
- Transmit validated files to physical branches for final processing.
3. Monitoring Virtual Branch Files Assigned to the Network
- Carry out rigorous follow-up of files assigned to physical branches.
- Initiate alerts or necessary actions to ensure the closure of these files.
Required profile :
- Education: Minimum Bac+3 (Bachelor's degree) in Management, Commerce, or a similar field.
- Experience: At least 1 year in banking management, a micro-credit agency, or a call center in a prospecting role.
- Personal Qualities: Organized, rigorous, initiative-taker, leadership, and team spirit.
